Description

The Alliance 381 range of radial flotation tyres have been designed for use with silage trailers and other types of fodder transport operations working in grassland applications. The tyre's large volume enables it to carry increased loads at low inflation pressures and together with the large footprint this helps to ensure a low and uniform ground pressure, helping to minimise soil compaction and protect sensitive ground surfaces such as valuable soils and crops. In this respect, the unique rib-type pattern and rounded shoulders on the 381 offer further protection to ground surfaces. The shoulder lug design offers good self-cleaning ability whilst the non-directional tread offers good traction and allows for forward and reverse operations. The steel-belted radial casing offers strength and stability whilst the D-rated tyres allow for speeds of up to 65 km/h and offer good roadability.
